Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight. We ship via Australia Post — you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Based on the Gold Coast? Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and save on shipping entirely. We'll be in touch to arrange a time that works for you.

Tracking

All orders include Australia Post tracking. Your tracking number will be sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
