We want you to love your Capybara Gaming Co order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for change of mind, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
